Product quality guarantees

The manufacturer guarantees the proper operation (application, use) of the Product during the warranty period established by regulations, regulatory documents or the contract.


The Manufacturer's warranty obligations apply to the Products for which the warranty period has been established under the conditions specified in the product passport or in any other document attached to the Products.


For Products for which no warranty period has been established, warranty obligations of the Seller are established, which are valid for 1 (one) calendar day from the date of delivery of the Products.


At the time of receiving and handing over the products, the Buyer confirms the absence of claims regarding the quantity and quality of the products.


Requirements for transportation and storage of products


  It is recommended to store abrasive material and abrasive tools (Products) in closed rooms without heating with natural ventilation and minimal air humidity. Excluding the direct impact of atmospheric precipitation, as well as the formation of condensate due to fluctuations in temperature and air humidity.


Products must be transported in a closed vehicle. It is forbidden to store the Product in a humid environment, in a room that is not ventilated. The most dangerous is the ingress of moisture.


These normative documents are indicated in the quality certificate, which is attached to the accompanying documents for the supply of Products.


Return of Products of inadequate quality


A product of inadequate quality is a product that does not comply with the requirements of normative legal acts and normative documents, the terms of contracts.


The return of products of inadequate quality is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights". In case of discovery during the established warranty period of significant defects that arose due to the fault of the product manufacturer (seller, contractor), or product falsification, confirmed, if necessary, by an examination report, the consumer, in the manner and within the time limits established by legislation and on the basis of mandatory the parties to the rules or the contract have the right to demand from the seller or manufacturer: termination of the contract and return of the money paid for the goods; to demand the replacement of the product with the same product or with a similar product available from the seller (manufacturer). If the product is available, the consumer's request for its replacement is subject to immediate satisfaction, and in the event of a need for quality control - within fourteen days or as agreed by the parties. If the product is not available, the consumer's request for its replacement shall be satisfied within two months from the moment of submission of the relevant application.


The consumer's claims are considered after the consumer presents the settlement document, and in the case of goods for which the warranty period is established, the technical passport or another document that replaces it, with a mark on the date of sale.


The consumer's claims in case of purchase of goods of inadequate quality are considered at the location of the Seller specified in the Contacts section (https://shop.zak.ua/kontaktna-informatsiya/) or by contacting the Seller's e-mail address ([email protected]) the return of products is carried out subject to the conclusion of an examination, during which the consumer's compliance with the warranty terms of product operation is checked. If, according to the results of the examination, it is proven that the defects arose after the goods were handed over to the consumer as a result of the consumer's violation of the rules of operation, storage and transportation, the consumer's claims are not subject to satisfaction, and the consumer is obliged to reimburse the costs of the examination.
